I do not think any team needs Christian Horner. I do not see F1 needing him back.

Might be a hot take, but move McLaren up that list. They should have had the WDC wrapped up wayyy sooner, and the only reason they didn't was poor management. Put Horner in charge, none of that nonsense happens.

Hard to disagree with any of these, but there's a big gap betwen Alpine and Aston Martin and then the rest of the grid!

Racing Bulls would be last, Red Bull won't want him back in any capacity. Ferrari could be higher with their issues right now, as well as the new teams if they struggle in 2026

Audi and/or Cadillac will rapidly rise on the list if either of the new teams struggles in 2026. Racing Bulls would also be below Mercedes and McLaren, given they are the junior team and Red Bull would not want Horner back in the family.

I'd have Ferrari above Aston Martin. There's already enough of a power struggle there as is!
