I don't think Horner would choose Alpine over Aston, unless he's not wanted there by Newey. Can't imagine why Newey wouldn't wish him at Aston because they were a successful team when they both worked together.

Absolutely not. Whilst they are not my favourite team, I have more respect for Max and redbull since he left. No drama from them anymore.

Not really. Lots of drama, but I follow F1 for the engineering most of all. F1 has Adrian Newey back, and that is a good thing.

Might be a hot take, but move McLaren up that list. They should have had the WDC wrapped up wayyy sooner, and the only reason they didn't was poor management. Put Horner in charge, none of that nonsense happens.

A lot can change in over a decade, and with Renault no longer in F1 as a manufacturer, he doesn't have to deal with that awkwardness. Interested to see how he would get on with Mercedes though, given their rivalry
