Freddie Potts is a player who has not been able to continue his development and not had enough playing time to show what he can do, shame, I feel he'll become a top player and all we will do is replace him with somebody else without the real hammers connection at a higher cost who will take time to be a cultural fit.

I sometimes wonder why we bother having an Academy,when all we seem to do is sell these players or send them out on loan. With so many extra games to play this season,we seem to be letting go of so many players and not bringing anyone of quality in. I don't like criticising our players,but how many chances is Nuno going to give Pablo!

Keeper....what is the point on bringing these players through the academy and then selling them on ..A season in the championship would give them great experience and hopefully get instant promotion back to the Premier league ..

Keep Potts, out go Kilman, Fulkrug, Ward-Prowse and possibly Cornet. Give the home grown a chance in the championship, it's a tough league and we'll see exactly what they're made of
