What have you made of Scottie Scheffler's behavior both on and off the course?
Scheffler was seen arguing with his coach after his first round at Shinnecock...

Everyone praised his composure for years but it’s easy when you’re playing great. Not Mr Nice Guy anymore

I think anyone criticising Scottie for showing some frustration clearly does not understand the sport. He’s a winner and he’s not doing it right now. No issues with me

Yeah i agree. But he’s got to get honest with himself and the media. Just admit you’re not at the level you wanna be and that you’re working hard to fix it. Simple, would relieve a bit of pressure on him as well

He's his usual boring, nonplus self.

Spot on mate 😴

Couldn’t disagree more with that statement. He has been incredibly demonstrative both on and off the golf course this year

It's certainly been strange for Scheffler, not really used to seeing this from him... but you have to believe he and his team will figure things out, he's a machine when he gets going!

He's made some changes to his swing over the winter and they haven't worked. That must be incredibly frustrating after the year he had in 2025. Why do golfers do this to themselves?!

Tbf mate I don’t think the swing changes were intentional. No way he’s tried to lengthen his swing and get across the line at the top. Sometimes things like this happen. It’s about how you get yourself out of it and his failure to admit there is a problem with his swing is what’s holding him back imo

He is clearly very frustrated with his game. It might be better for him if he was open and honest about that rather than keep saying he’s plying well. His swing is longer and more across the line that it’s ever been. The fact he has recorded so many good results is a testament to his ability to score when things aren’t going well
