Skill wise Alex is leagues above. He should smoke Josh first round finish. That being said Josh hits hard and has a hellavu chin it seems. It makes it more difficult to predict when you consider poatan is no stranger to being KO.

I think his style could be a problem for Alex. If you look at his earlier UFC wins, he just marches people down and breaks them with his pace. Not saying he would break Alex but I think he could force him to grapple a lot.

Small sample size from Hokit so far but not sure a three-round war with Curtis Blaydes is the best sign for his title chances. I'd expect Pereira to land a KO shot
