Calling what Strickland does basic is not wrong but it’s dismissive of an extremely effective style that Sean does better than any other UFC fighter today. Khamzat is basic af. He has one move. Take down and slap and tickle his opponent until time runs out. The strike stat with DDP was a joke. Khamzat the best holder downer in the UFC but wait 4 Gable!

Fighter’s are a lot more cautious these days. They would rather win in a boring fight than take risks making it a very exciting fight but losing. I get a champ not risking but even new guys play it 2 safe

I have a weird feeling you are right, I had the same similar weird feeling that Holyfield would beat Tyson in their first fight, then again I had a feeling Tyson was going to destroy him in the rematch.(I guess in a way I was right Tyson did literally remove a piece of Holyfield’s body 🤷‍♂️ just don’t place any bets on my feelings when it comes to sports.

Borz sadly wins this the same way as all his other fights. Shoot for the TD within the first 2 seconds & then keep the fight there no matter what. Also, DDP needs to shut up. Dude is coping HARD. Saying how Borz is only “10% better in mma” & that he’d win the rematch after he literally dominated DDP in every way for every minute of that fight 😂

Big fan of DDP but I feel the same. We see it far too often. Once dominated like he was, I wish they'd just stay quiet and wait to prove themselves in the cage rather than making wild claims like that.
