They've upgraded on Van Hecke with Vuskovic. That's how highly I rate him. They don't miss often in the market but they'd surely regret not selling Baleba or Mitoma last season. That's 150m left on the table. They shouldn't make the same mistake with Minteh if a good offer arrives
