What grade are you giving Man City for their start to the 26/27 campaign?
Do you think Enzo Maresca will keep the ball rolling? Any causes for concern?

A for me, started well but not hard to when you have that money and those players

A*… only team with a 100% record. Enzo Maresca proving himself to be one of the best managers in the world. Always knew he’d become that being a Leicester fan

A. Marseca wasn’t being given much of a chance. Having said that, they’ve spent a lot again.

A* - people wrote them off (foolishly) and even suggested they’d flop completely but they’ve passed every test. Yeah they’ve conceded goals but they’re out scoring everyone, top of the table and looking good. The addition of Anderson has been brilliant

I think everyone was concerned about the new guy stepping into Pep’s shoes - and the Charity Shield result against Arsenal seemed to indicate that City might struggle; but he has proved the doubters wrong so far. City are probably title favourites at the moment.

I think theres some reason for concern to be honest, but feels silly saying that when theyre 100% so far. Just think the shoddy defending could catch Up to them

A - Maresca has done an outstanding job in my opinion. Top of the table immediately after taking over from Pep is some effort, particularly after that CS performance

A. They’ve been lucky in a couple of games but you can’t argue with the results

A. Perfect results so can’t complain too much. Maresca has done so well coming in after Pep and with influential players leaving. Backline has looked a bit suspect at times though, as the Sunderland game in particular showed. Very positive signs early doors though

A - Would be an A* but I’m still not 100% convinced they’re title challengers. Have done a lot better than I first expected though
