The GP24 was clearly the best bike Ducati made. That helps explain why Alex did so well. The GP 26 is assuredly built of the 25, and therefore they are moving forward with a worse bike as the base. All the while, the other manufacturers are improving.

I don't love Marc Marquez. But MotoGP is better with him in the mix. I hope he can be at the front for at least few more years.

For Ducati's sake, I hope it's just a blip. But their performance compared to Aprilia in Thailand was stark, they've definitely got some work to do
