Who will you be cheering on when Ben Shelton takes on Frances Tiafoe? 🎾

shelton is a better player than tiafoe, shelton in 4 sets no problem !! But Zverev will be U.S. Open Champion!!

TIAFOE all the way. He is an Everyman. I think Shelton is immature and arrogant.

I hope Frances gets the job done very quickly! Would help give him the crowd support that he thrives on.

Ben will get it done but extremely difficult

Either one works for me, but Tiafoe has been at it longer than Ben and his window will likely close before Ben's. That said, I guess I'd like to see Tiafoe win, even his antics get on my nerves. I think Ben would have a better chance in the final, but neither is likely to beat Zverev if he gets there.

I want Fee Fi Foe Fum!!! Big Foe has definitely elevated his game and most are counting him out. Mr. Shelton needs a course in humility and humble pie for dessert!! I want Big Foe or whomever wins to hang the phone up on him!! Ben shows little etiquette and poor sportsmanship!!!

Honestly, I like Tiafoe and his friendly personality, but I think Ben Shelton will win , because, Shelton service is a weapon and his forehand is deadly

jarimattihakala3w ago

Tiafoe gonna win. Because the show must go on 🙂

Tiafoe

bamamatt73w ago

Ben will win. Tiafoe isn't capable of beating an Alcaraz or Sinner not even Zverev. But Zverev will stroll into the Final and win it.

My 2 favorite people. I am between a rock and a hard place....😭😭😭

nathandzschwartz3w ago

Shelton cause he’s more likely to win it all

Ben

Ben, for sure! He is playing at an extraordinary level and has obviously worked really hard to get there. Love watching him play!

Shelton all the way in a 5 setter

aaditya.krishnamurthy3w ago

I’m backing Tiafoe - there’s a rawness to his game that I genuinely find to be such a throwback. No disrespect to Shelton, but I can see Tiafoe beating him!

jonny3w ago

I think Shelton is the kind of personality tennis needs more of. Big fan of his so will be rooting for him here 🔥

tom.procter3w ago

I’m inclined to root for Shelton as the more exhilarating player, but I do really like Tiafoe. Would be happy with either winning. Hope it goes to 5 🙏🏻🍿

abhishek_rathore3w ago

After the way Shelton pushed Alcaraz and fired down those blistering serves, I just don’t see Tiafoe standing a chance

chillout3w ago

Difficult one this - Tiafoe is the people’s champ full of charisma. Shelton is the coming man full of youthful swagger. Whoever wins out of these two in the semi will probably have the fans in their corner at the final.

jamesshearman233w ago

Let’s go Tiafoe! He’s been around a while and deserves a shot 🏆

kilham.max3w ago

This is such a hard debate – I love both of them. I think I'll be cheering slightly more for Shelton as I love his enthusiasm on court!

johnverrall113w ago

I’m all in on Shelton! He’s ready to become a mega star. If Tiafoe wins it’ll be one and done

matthew.johns3w ago

I think I’d prefer Frances Tiafoe to win, it feels a bit more now or never with him!

daviescallum423w ago

I think Ben Shelton has the best chance of beating Zverev in the final, but I’d prefer Tiafoe to win. I just want a good match!

george.patten3w ago

I genuinely don’t mind either way. Would love Tiafoe to win the US Open though, think it would be a great story!

markmarston3w ago

Just want an entertaining game tbh… another five-set thriller decided by a tie break would be 🍿🍿🍿🍿
