Do you believe that Alexander Zverev will win Grand Slams in 2027 with Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz back?

jpamplin6d ago

I doubt it.

sosektnan1w ago

Yes

dowland581w ago

I don't think so

macrinajude711w ago

No

bamamatt71w ago

No. He can't beat a less than 100% Sinner or Alcaraz. But that's not even his biggest problem. The American Federer is coming...like a freight train to this sport.

armoise191w ago

If both are injury free he won't get a look in. His head to head against Jannik is abysmal

janegraham2919621w ago

Why are people even having this conversation? ( inc me) We're tennis fans, who wants arguments or bitterness!? We all love the game and there's HEAPS of real talent out on these courts. Who ever wins which ever match CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

janegraham2919621w ago

Who cares He's loved sooooo much He's a beautiful soul and will be so Happy with that ❤️

getjeffrey1w ago

Yes, he will, because, as I've been saying since day one, Alcaraz and Sinner aren't all that. They have their window, but the idea that they're going to be on the level of the Big Three is total BS.

janegraham2919621w ago

ABSOLUTLY!!!!! COME ON SASCHA NO STOPPING YOU NOW MY BEAUTIFUL BOY!!!!! ❤️ 💖

getjeffrey1w ago

How credible 😂

drvenkiteshwaran1w ago

Zverev will win three slams in 2027.Go Sasha

jurgen9791w ago

[DELETED] Carlitos and Sinner are better player and neither of them have won more than two slams in a year, so three is an exagération, like thay say it in French.

mvsells1w ago

If Alcarez and Sinner are healthy Zverev will not win a major. They bring more weapons, variation and raw athleticism to their games than Zverev does.

barwelltennis31w ago

He is playing better than ever but don't think so!

ctravelusa1w ago

Never

ctravelusa1w ago

Alexander Zverev will never win any more Grand slams. Alvarez and Sinner will be there, but may not Win. There will be new faces winning. The Tennis market is Hot 🔥 and very promising $$$ financially.

jurgen9791w ago

Some very good newcomers.

dundaraysunanilcagri2w ago

I think it depends on 2 variables, first one hıw How healthy Sinner and Alcaraz will be in grandslams, second variable is who willl play the big semifinal. If Sacha stays healthy,he can win more in 2027.

ruthegreen19522w ago

No he won’t.

itmartsingapore2w ago

Hard and he knows and admitted it some how. He is being honest but he will try and have all my best wishes. Did not know he was diabetic since 4 and that made him greater than where he is now in tennis.

imalsman1232w ago

Yes, he is playing in the zone fantastic tennis!

janegraham2919622w ago

WITHOUT A DOUBT HE'S GETTING EVEN BETTER , MORE CONFIDENT TOO!! IT TOOK A WHILE FOR MY NOLE TO BEAT LOVELY RAFFA AND ROGER. SASCHA WILL DO THE SAME!

cbaumgartner492w ago

Alcaraz was present and healthy for the US Open. Sinner was present and healthy for the french open. This question is disingenuous.

daviescallum422w ago

Sinner was clearly not healthy when he lost at RG. Alcaraz hadn’t played for 5 months before the US Open. The only two times Zverev played them at a major this season, he lost. If they’re fit and making regular semis and finals again, he has no chance

tufidonna2w ago

I believe he can. People have said he couldn't win in 2026 and he proved them wrong. He has improved so much and can deliver wins again!

kilham.max2w ago

Highly doubt it. Zverev has done exceptionally well this year, but his record against Alcaraz and Sinner speaks for itself…

itmartsingapore2w ago

Hard for him. To beat Alcaraz you need to be able to run like him and Shelton plus a little luck. Sinner is another animal. Sacha is aware of his shortcomings against these two players. By staying in the match , trying and with a little luck he may make it again. But luck usually favors skill and talent.

stevekeller19512w ago

Yes he will w a great serve and new net game and as good a court coverage as any of the others

shells07082w ago

No, I don't believe so.

neildisley2w ago

No chance

khow082w ago

Maybe he will, maybe he won't. So what! He's got two this year to celebrate!

hugheslynn522w ago

NOPE I DONT. HE WAS LUCKY THAT FIRSTLY CARLOS WAS BEATEN BY BEN SHELTON. AND SECONDLY SINNER WITHDREW DUE TO INJURY. IN MY OPINION ZVEREV WAS GIVEN A HUUUGE GIFT BY SINNER AND ALCARAZ

jurgen9792w ago

I think in all Carlitos only lost by two points. He is the 5 set king and only lost because he didn't play in tournaments for over four months. Carlitos is just a much better player than Shelton.

bestelracing2w ago

No, I don't he has been lucky with no Sinner and Alcaraz not at full fitness

markmarston2w ago

I really doubt it… Alcaraz will be on the straight and narrow after his injury you’d think and Sinner the same… both had disrupted years so surely not another one

lirio77452w ago

How many times he bounces the ball before he serves didn’t really affect the game. It depended on two players and their state of play and their mindset at the time.

9489591441b2w ago

Yes Alexand would,could,win them

audioro2w ago

Sacha will find it difficult to beat either Carlos or Jannik in Singles, but he has shown what an improved tennis master he has become, so it will be great to watch those matches. We can root for all 3, no matter how many balls they all bounce before the serve. Love you guys. And don’t forget: Rafa was a big bouncer; we still idolize him.

stoyageo2w ago

Sverev handily beat the man that beat Carlos in a 5 grueling sets -- on hard court. Sverev now possesses the one thing he needed: history and the attending confidence he can do it.

tufidonna2w ago

Correction: Zverev beat Ben in 4sets.

helen.mckenzie502w ago

Probably not. He has taken the opportunity while he can. And why not as all other players have had a chance, so good luck to him. Someone else has to win.

jurgen9792w ago

Very likely. Ben beat Carlitos and now Alexander beat Ben.

daviescallum422w ago

That wasn’t the real Carlos. A fully fit Alcaraz would’ve walked to the title this year

camerondesc12w ago

No. When fully fit Alcaraz and Sinner are still well clear of Zverev. Just look at the Wimbledon final - Sinner did not look like who was gonna lose that match at any point even after dropping the first set.

drpratyushaj2w ago

Zverev has got very good chances of winning grand slam next year as Carlos & Sinner are coming back from injuries. Zverev was a very good player from the begining and now turning himself to a great player. His game has changed a lot. Now he is confident , consistent and almost error free. His undoing was

kilham.max2w ago

What do you think has changed about his game? I’m not sure he has moved the needle that much.

leeclarke05082w ago

I said he wouldn't make another final after winning Roland Garros so what do I know. I still have reservations over him beating Sinner of Alcaraz best of 5 but fair play to him he's cashed in when they've not played and can't knock him for that. I don't see him winning one in 2027 though I must admit.

tom.procter2w ago

I do think he will run Alcaraz and Sinner closer now he’s got two under his belt. But still don’t see him actually beating them at Slams if he has to play either

itmartsingapore2w ago

Congratulations Zverev. You are one of my favorite tennis players. Beating Shelton for it speaks volume to your win.

claire.harman122w ago

Come on, give the fella a break and pay him his dues for winning his second grand slam this year! He's a top notch tennis player - only time will tell re future matches against Sinner and Alcaraz...

ella.rodenkirchen2w ago

I just want to mention something about Zverev’s dancing when crossing the white lines ? Where did that come from and when did that start. I have seen it in another well known retired player Rafa Nadal but never in another player till today.

bamamatt72w ago

No, not only will he lose to Sinner and Alcaraz but they'll be a newcomer who will beat him.

zohairshafiq2w ago

Alexander hasn't been consistent mentally - I guess it had to do with all the allegations (it seems his demons are under his control 😜). So I believe he's going to dominate the Grand Slams for next 3/4 years with all the Sinners & the Carlos' being very much fit & competitive.

quanp033w ago

I think he has a better chance to beat healthy Alcaraz than Sinner.

jurgen9792w ago

I don't think so.

daviescallum423w ago

No chance. He lost to a half-fit Alcaraz & Sinner when he actually had to play them. Fair enough, he can only beat what’s in front of him to win his two slams, but he’s nowhere near their level and if they’re there, his chance is close to 0

peter.lynch3w ago

Nope! But not convinced about the health of Alcaraz and Sinner right now. But when fully fit they’ll dominate again, I’ve no doubt

johnverrall113w ago

I don’t think he wins a slam while they are fit, but it only takes one being out and an upset somewhere along the line and all of a sudden he is now the clear favorite again

george.patten3w ago

Not if he actually has to play either of them. But he has proven he can win when the draw opens up for him
