Think if he does well against Spurs he could end up staying in the team. Iraola already shown he’s not afraid to drop players if they aren’t performing. If he doesn’t make much of an impact tomorrow could still be a while before he starts another

The only answer is to make a new signing in January. In the meantime whatever the plan is it has to include Mac Allister. Dropping Wirtz is pointless as we need the team to work with him in it, so I think we just need to make him more part of the middle (drop him back a bit), and put more emphasis on the wingers to supply Isak

Agreed james. One of the biggest Transfer blunders weve made in recent years was not signing a midfielder. I do see potential in a szoboszlai gravenberch midfield 2 but only if gravenberch is at his best. Far from that at the moment
