How concerned should we be about Jon Rahm?
He was +11 after two days at Wentworth 🫣

Like all golfers, he is having a difficult time getting his game on track. He is having a mental downtime. What’s on his mind that is affecting his swing and making him play the way he does only he may know or he may not himself know. He’s been here before and fought through the demons. He can do it again.

Do you think he’ll rejoin the PGA Tour and would that help him?

It depends how he’s feeling physically, that will be the death knell. If it’s a mental issue, he can work through it.

Not too concerned just yet. He will know he made a massive mistake joining LIV Golf. Now the key for him will be playing well on the DP World Tour in 2027, getting his confidence back and then going again on the PGA Tour in 2028, if he is able to rejoin

The mental pressure must be a lot. Coming back after receiving lots of grief for joining LIV, he’s under the spotlight more than everyone else

Wow, that is grim reading! Surely the LIV players can see their results getting worse and worse as time goes on? I still have hope that Rahm can reach the very top again but definitely concerned

In terms of his ability to return to one of the very best in the world, very concerned. He's not competed outside of LIV since joining
