Well I for one thought Isaak would put some pressure on Max. Not beat him, just be quite close. I was wrong. The stats flatter to deceive. Division 1 cars are so much better than Division 2 cars this year that the eighth slowest car will finish 8th every time, all things being equal.

Definitely too soon to tell. We would learn more if Max leaves the team. Like Bearman and Bortoleto, we need to see more. None of them are in the car that Antonelli has. I still think Antonelli is a rare talent, but there may be others.

Race winner? Sure. But he lacks the temperament and consistency to win WDC. He's still exceeded my expectations and these regs seem to suit him
