Eight key figures gone in three years at Red Bull - Which exit hurts Red Bull the most? πŸ€”

wilsonjimwilson5mo ago

Rob Marshall and Jonathan Wheatley. Horndog and Darth Marko were responsible for the toxic atmosphere that caused them and most others to leave. Newey has been great in the past, but his peak abilities might have taken a hit judging by the AMR26... But teams desperately want Marshall and Wheatley. GP is great but largely for his relationship with Max only.

It seems the smartest decision for Ferrari to make! Do you think Vasseur is comfortable in that seat for now?

I honestly feel that the combination of Rob Marshall, Adrian Newey, and Craig Skinner leaving was a huge blow to the team. Adding Jonathan Wheatley, Will Courtenay, and GP Lambiase just adds to the bloodletting. I do wonder what will happen with the young driver program with Helmut Marko gone. Who is the new talent spotter?

I completely agree! You can see what losing that trio has done to the car this season! Every one of them creates such a significant hole! I think the loss of Helmut could in the long term be the most costly, after all he has really been the driving force behind their driver talent for the last two decades!

Losing Christian Horner may actually prove to be the most costly in terms of Red Bull trying to rebuild... But that could change if Red Bull tempt Jonathan Wheatley to return?

I actually think Mekies has done a brilliant job to replace the void of Horner! But it would be interesting to see if Wheatley would me tempted to return!
