What's the maximum that Racing Bulls can ever achieve in F1 as Red Bull's sister team?
Do you think it's time for Red Bull to sell Racing Bulls?

Although as a team Racing Bulls could do alot more with out Red Bull micro management of them, as I don't understand how Red Bull can make unilateral decisions concerning a separate team. Poaching Racing Bull drivers needs to stop for the team to have any success

If they finish the season P5, that will be a great day for the team.

So only Vettel and Gasly have ever won races for this team? Perhaps it would have been better if Gerhard Berger had kept his 50% of the team.

To be fair, how many midfield teams actually win races in this sport

They are not supposed to compete with Red Bull. That is the way to hold them back. New owners would be able to change that.

Racing with a Red Bull engine could raise their ceiling long-term (they're likely to be the only customers), but they will need more resources to ever score more than an occasional podium

It's hard to see them winning a title, especially when their effectively Red Bull's supporting act. If they want to act as their own team and win races, maybe they do need to go separate ways

Red Bull will never want Racing Bulls to be title contenders, as it would risk their own success. So, the odd podium finish will always be Racing Bulls' ceiling whilst operating as the Red Bull brand's junior team.
