Talk PSG

ishaan.bhattacharya14d ago

Doue was amazing too. So much quality and they manage to just eke out a 2-1 against a 10-man Marseille? 3 points is 3 points

jonathan.gorrie14d ago

Captain’s performance from Marquinhos! Not a great night for Kvara…

kyle.dimond25d ago

I think just the nature of the champions league is the thing that’ll stop them. Only takes one mistake or decision going against them. Seems like a few top sides have upped their game and not sure you could say the same for PSG thus far

antonymmartin8425d ago

I think Barca will win the CL this year. I also think Bayern and Arsenal are capable of stopping PSG. Can’t see them winning it 3 times in a row

jackdrury25d ago

You’d imagine Arsenal will have learnt a lot from that experience in the final last season. Not too dissimilar to City against Chelsea before going on to win it against Inter

markmarston28d ago

Complacency… are they struggling to motivate themselves for these games?

amirmir28d ago

Nothing. They have done this before. Normal service will resume post winter.

jonathan.gorrie28d ago

Look undercooked to me. Can’t imagine it’ll matter but anyone dare to think the wheels are coming off?

james.brooke30d ago

I think only PSG fans can really answer that and they all seem to have loved him!

callum_boyle34d ago

He was a great impact player but I don’t think any more than that. Be interested to see how he does at Liverpool

majeedlytle37d ago

I did not expect this from PSG. These supposed to be a go winning for the away team.

freddie37d ago

Got away with that one!

dancoombs37d ago

Barcelona game is going to be must-watch!

eoin41d ago

I think hell surprise a few people. He suits enriques fluid style and even though he can be frudtrsting, he bags goals!!

jonathan.gorrie51d ago

Their B team will smash France and their A team will conquer Europe. How exciting…

kyle.dimond52d ago

Probably top 10. Might be number one on a list of the players that are the most fun to watch though.

aaditya.krishnamurthy53d ago

maybe it’s my bias, but i take any player “thriving” at psg with a huge dash of salt. Easy to thrive when you can sit out games without worrying about the loss, or the league changing your schedule to be more favourable as you advance in the champions league. Give Prem teams or La Liga this scheduling benefit and they’ll be on top of the world too

lrandall121053d ago

Lionel Messi is still the goat but I think he’s top 3

james.brooke53d ago

Somebody needs to stop PSG next season

james.brooke53d ago

Not enough pace and won’t reach the level of other options - 6

jonathan.gorrie59d ago

7, decent depth and clearly a good player but hard to feel he’s going to play all that often?

adnan.riaz62d ago

Their squad is insane. 😭

eoin63d ago

Just worried about the pressure it puts on dembele. Selling two backup nines with not much in the way of replacements is concerning. I'll eat my words when they score 40 in the UCL but this window looks like a step back so far

james.brooke63d ago

Akliouche and probably Godts to add to that. It’s probably worse than last season, but the best three have stayed and Kvara and Doue will improve again. Barcola will be a bigger miss than people probably realise though

Depth I suppose but World Cup final goal aside, is he really that good?
