Gary Rowett is a name being floated around to replace Paul Heckingbottom... thoughts? 🤔

Rowett left Leicester City at the end of last season...

He’d do a job, but wouldn’t excite the fans. And he hasn’t got much to work with…

Would he? He had a far better Leicester team to keep up last season and couldn’t do it. Preston’s team is pretty awful and it’s a very strong league this season.

This would be championship suicide by Preston. Appoint Rowett and relegation is almost guaranteed

He’d be a safe pair of hands but hardly inspiring… then again look at what he did at Millwall. He can get close to the play-offs with time and patience. Might not be the best watch mind

Haha exactly what I thought - safe pair of hands in theory but also very underwhelming
