What are your thoughts on Man Utd's pre-season now all six games are complete?

How ready do you feel the Man Utd squad is for the season opener?

Same limitations exposed. Vulnerable in transition; defence has a mistake in them.

We overall didn't help Carrick at all and setting him up for failure. I think Man U is more interested at making money then trophies. Hope we stay in the top 5 this season

It is exposed that Man U is getting old in defense. Shaw , Martinez and Maquirre are clear behind their prime and now slower then they always were. We have to look at ouryoungsters instead of selling them. Martinez should be sold to zItaly or Spain or Portugal where the slower game is good for him. The same next season with Shaw. Luke Shaw is not the same player anymore [I reckon if Carrick was a PSG manager Achraf Hakimi would be playing as a right or left winger.] I mean Patrick Dorgu has the potential to be the Nuno Mendes or Achraf Hakimi for United why playing him as a winger when you've a problem at left back.

We need another striker. Mbeumo did well as cover , but Cunha was wasted in that position against Milan. Zirkzee has shown he is not a natural nine.. We also need a defensive midfielder , without one we don't have any bite in midfield, and our defence without support are as leaky as a sieve. Still lots of work to be done.

Bruno and Tielemans have a bit, it's the fact Mainoo wasn't really shown and I feel the others are strong enough yet, asides from Santos, from what I've heard.

We've basically added NOBODY to the squad. Casemiro and Ugarte have been replaced by Santos and Tielemans. Darlow for Bayindir. How Ineos think that's enough for a squad in four comps is beyond me. It's a disgraceful lack of ambition (so far)

My fear is half the squad is ready and half are nowhere near. Pre-season has been OK, but I remember from Van Gaal days, winning every game can lull you into false confidence. Hopefully this defeat will wake everybody up. I’m nervous for the Hull game

Yeah, if you're going to have an off-day, today is better than Hull. I think this squad is crying out for MLS. Cover at LB and 6. Forget Hall this year. Whatever happened to the Endrick rumour? Hopefully his loan comes out of the blue like Tielemans release clause.
