As a father myself I can only imagine the lack of sleep he is getting. However in saying that Xander was never on my radar as being the next no1, he has some good moments but not consistent enough for me

Not concerned at all. He had two months off last season through injury and then became a father for the first time. He will be fine, just give him time.
