Andoni Iraola is LEAVING Bournemouth!
But would you swap Nuno for the Cherries boss?
alan.mayo514mo ago
Yes Iraola. It's not even close. He's far superior to Nuno on all aspects - tactics, strategy, team building, psychology.

Stick with Nuno he's worked hard as Manager and we can't throw that away.

Keeping Nuno survive or not. He got Wolves promotion, he got Forest to Europe he's a keeper.

Yes he could do the job

I would only go for Iraola if for some reason Nuno or his assistant left … if Nuno keeps us up he definitely deserves another season… the recruitment of players is now more important than getting a new manager

Spot On

No, Nuno deserves a full season at West Ham, his experience and tactical know how, is just starting to work with our players.
daniel.owen5mo ago
Yeah I think I agree with that. Look what he did with Forest once he got his feet under the table
ray.baxterct19515mo ago
Would he fit?He may not, would he get what he wanted from above? He may not.Change is always a gamble,Bournemouth and West Ham are totally different types of club.Nuno is doing an OK job and has the players believing at the moment.Future? He is probably in talks already with rivals.Grass is always greener.
daniel.owen5mo ago
Yeah I think that is a big factor. Bournemouth have such a clear strategy off the pitch, particularly regarding transfers. I could see him getting frustrated quickly here
roywag425mo ago
Yes i would go for Andoni Lraola
spencerparis84mo ago
Why, he's showed us all how much of a good manager he is. Why drop into the championship
daniel.owen5mo ago
Nuno will have done an incredible job if we stay up... BUT Iraola feels like the sort of potentially elite manager who could get us competing for the top 8 again
