Where does Julian Nagelsmann rank in Man United's new manager shortlist?

Would you be concerned of his similarities with Ruben Amorim and Erik ten Hag?

He won the Bundesliga with Bayern, so has Vince Kompany, does this make them elite ??

Tactical football and the mindset is NOT what United want or need! The English Premier league, is based on PASSION, SKILL, PACE AND COMMITMENT ON THE FIELD! CARRICK HAS PROVEN THAT AS A PAST WINNING UNITED PLAYER. All tactical managers have failed United. United need committed, passionate, skilled positional players. WHO WANT AND PLAY FOR CLUB AND BADGE.

Tell that to City, they are most tactical team ever to grace the Premiership, the problem at United is the so called Tactician was talking through his rear end, was afraid of the job and didn't understand the skill level of players he didn't want to use, Casemiro, Dorgu, Mainoo, Lammens etc etc etc, just a spoofer.

Any experience of the premier League, the answer is no! Yet Carrick has experience he's put us up there.

I agree.. my only exception would be Luis Enrique, though. He's the only one I'd take over Carrick right now

My fear with Nagelsmann is he is another Ten Hag / Amorim. He's succeeded in a foreign league, supposed smart tactician - but no knowledge of the Premier League. Maybe he'll succeed? But it feels like treading the same path. His Leipzig side also lost 5-0 to Solskjaer

Top manager and one of the best mentioned, but his deal at Germany runs until 2028. I would argue that we need our appointment done and dusted before the World Cup kicks off and that probably wouldn't suit Nagelsmann.
