yes you are right i agree.things with carrick are so much better.with ruben everyone was struggling.
chalmersa4096mo ago
i think playing the formation that suits are players.we are playing so much better than under ruben amorim.

I'm convinced he wanted to be seen as a tactical genius more than he wanted to win games. Neither happened at the end

It's crazy how such a simple thing has changed Man Utd altogether. ðŸ˜

Simplifying the game and putting players in their best positions
adnan.riaz6mo ago
Indeed! Who has been the standout, though? 👀
padyexec6mo ago
MC changing the formation to 4-3-2-1 and placing the players in their correct positions.
adnan.riaz6mo ago
Damn straight. Ruben looks even worse-off because of it now.

Bringing Mainoo back in

Amorim was out of his depth. He was also clueless. Couldn’t and wouldn’t adapt. I feel he threw the cup last year so he wouldn’t have to contend with anything other than the league and he still fluffed that. He had no clue of the talent available nor how to play it. Casemiro, Mainoo, Dorgu, Fernandes, possibly Hoijlund and others

Absolutely he was a fraud in my book
adnan.riaz6mo ago
But he promised us that the 'good times were coming' and he was right: we got Carrick. 😅🤣

Best Manager Manchester United has had in a very long time, I think with him only things will get better, hes doing a great job now and if he gets a permanent role he will do much better.
adnan.riaz6mo ago
Man Utd need to appointment him because the rest of the managerial market is really bad anyway.
dancoombs6mo ago
I agree - he hasn't even had the chance to make his own signings yet. Deserves the opportunity
cr76mo ago
Mainoo and Fernandes starting and in their best positions.
adnan.riaz6mo ago
Bruno is defo the standout between the pair.
adnan.riaz6mo ago
Mainoo and Fernandes. End of story.

There’s been a few but two big decisions stand out for me. Changing to a back four and putting Kobbie Mainoo back where he belongs, in United’s midfield which allowed Fernandes return to the no 10 role. Both were easy decisions but I’m taking nothing away from Carrick by saying that.

Putting Bruno in the correct position… what on earth was Amorim thinking
seanfisher6mo ago
The biggest tap-in decision for a new manager but one we desperately needed!
adnan.riaz6mo ago
History will study it and have answers within seconds for how bad Amorim was about that. 😆
