← Michael Carrick

Michael Carrick and Sir Jim Ratcliffe are set for 'formal talks' over the Man Utd job / What is your reaction?

asulaiterchs4mo ago

It's a well done sir God bless πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

barbecue2234mo ago

He deserves it,let give him the job.

seanfisher4mo ago

Exactly! He couldn’t have done much more

opudoh4mo ago

luiz is more experience more than csrrick

geldroper4mo ago

and not availbe and too expensive and would want to bring another stile with another 500 million on so so players. No thank you

wurabobo484mo ago

United got the most useless fan base and they don't appreciate nothing...Carrick had works pays πŸ‘Œ let him have the job and support him in the transfer marketplace thats all

garysavage19664mo ago

Deserves a chance with the confidence he’s now brought back in the team

s.soundiren4mo ago

I think Carrick can stay as long as Sir Alex

alsere324mo ago

Bloody stupid to wait until now to give Carrick the job this club is owned by IDIOTS.

stephenjholmes14mo ago

Michael was never going to walk away. The job was always going to be his if the performances continued. Giving Ole the job mid season saw an immediate drop off in results. It was done the right way.

jamie.brown824mo ago

It will all end in tears and United will be back to square one next season! Should have waited for someone like Nagelsmann!!!

geldroper4mo ago

so negative. Looks like you give yourself room to be a complainer next season

geldroper4mo ago

Why would you think that. Agree some coaches could have been better but we said the same thing in Fergies first couple years but that was way before your time

okotrussel4mo ago

Give him the job

seastreamscc4mo ago

Michael Carrick is using wise tactics and have to improve the squad to achieve his goal winning cups.

edcenkner224mo ago

Give him enough time and players and he won't disappoint!

paulashrig164mo ago

Yes, with a few essential buys, good luck with injuries and resisting Arsenal's 'brawls' in the box way of winning

adnan.riaz4mo ago

It sounds like the winning formula right there.

adnan.riaz4mo ago

seanfisher4mo ago

We all knew it was coming! Gives us clarity heading into next season, time to get behind him no matter what

adnan.riaz4mo ago

21 is loading. πŸ†πŸ”œ

jonny4mo ago

Not sure how much discussion is needed, just give him the job (unless Enrique is available)

adnan.riaz4mo ago

If Enrique was free, I'd pay for the fuel to go and pick him up myself.

seanfisher4mo ago

That's been my stance for months now, Enrique the only name I'd rather have

stephenjholmes14mo ago

I think the job he has done is rateable as 7 out of 10. He has made mistakes, and not made changes soon enough in a few games. But he is young, and deserves another year to settle in properly. Why waste money on another coach which could fail. Michael is a United fan. He will always give 100%.

adnan.riaz4mo ago

We're back in the Champions League for next season... surely an eight is the bare minimum for a rating?

dancoombs4mo ago

Only a 7? I'd go stronger and call it a 9/10 based on everything I've seen. He met his remit to reach the CL with three games to spare and is on course for third. I feared that if we got it wrong in January, we would be sitting in 13th

dale.odonnell4mo ago

Good timing. They said an announcement would come at the end of the season, so it makes sense for formal talks to begin ahead of the final game of the season. We all know it'll be Carrick unless Enrique gets cold feet in Paris.

adnan.riaz4mo ago

seanfisher4mo ago

Would be great if it was announced just before the final home game
