I think it comes down to respect too… this United squad has a lot of respect for Carrick.. something Rosenior never had at Chelsea

Absolutely right, Carrick isn't "vibes", he's tactics and using players appropriately. Chelsea have quite arguably a far superior squad to United but sacked the managers that could use it. Much like Amorim couldn't use the United one. At all.
