More from Dermot Gallagher on the goal

There is just no justification for the call.

VAR is great at certain things for instance offsides and handballs but, this was so obvious that Fernandez was attempting to go for the ball even Stevie Wonder would agree, you only have to look at Martinez and a close look at Lammens in goal as he goes to dive thinking Fernandez will head the ball.

I wouldn’t say ‘great’ on offsides after the weekend!

Corruption. Plain and simple. Not a simple decision went for us once Foden was sent off. They clearly tried to "make up" for it afterwards.

When VAR really does unite the whole world against it. 😂

If even Dermot Gallagher is speaking against it then you know we’ve truly been screwed over 😂

Not even an attempt to defend it
