How will history reflect on Greg Norman?

Has golf's great disruptor been vindicated?

A polarising character! It’s a shame that most people have forgotten what an amazing player he was

The Shark is an icon. He has enhanced golf his entire life. The boys on the PGA should thank him for their payday boost. Quit acting holier than thou, the PGA is in communist China for crying out loud!

Most will likely just remember him as a great golfer. The LIV stuff might have an impact in some way but for what LIV needed him to do, he actually produced the goods.

He has undoubtedly destroyed his legacy. Let's not forget, he tried to form a breakaway league from the PGA TOUR in 1994 as well!

I still think he'll be remembered fondly for his feats on the course rather than those off them to be honest!

someone who should be one of the most popular golfers of all-time, but will largely be remembered in a negative light I think. Should have won more majors, and was one of several reasons I dislike LIV so strongly

LIV is amazing and refreshing to watch,, go to one of them, you would be hooked... Every pro PGA person needs to lighten up, most sports get upgraded, changed, adjusted, but the PGA were stuck in a hole until the split but now you see them copying LIV in team games.
