Definitely. 2 goals in 30 games says it all. I hear a lot of reasons why he hasn't been scoring. If Jao Pedro can get 20 DeLap should get at least 8 surely?? Can't do the striker basics. Hold up, header, shoot, hussle or assist. Hasn't improved one bit.

Sell him. A loan is for a player who might improve. I see no signs of Delap ever making it at this level, no signs whatsoever .

Personally I like Delap but we do not play o his strengths. Therefore, the manager has to get him to adapt his game so that he can make a difference when he gets his chances

I think liam delap has the potential to become a top striker. Its his first season and he's been injured. Come on Chelsea fans give him a break, he'll come good

All I would say is that Delap has not been given the same chances that Jackson had, even when he was missing chances, and we are not playing to his strengths at all.
Delap,not a chelsea player, historically forwards like him do not do well with us, a strong old fashioned forward? One of our best ever, who is a chelsea player through and through is the legend MR DIDIER DROGBA

I agree. Delap is bullish. Strong player. But he was never going to break it at Chelsea. The club is just too big for him. He competes well when he is playing against us. At Chelsea he was an underperformer. he will find himself again at forest which is sad because we expected more from him.

Give him his confidence back. Then decide on the best way to get him more involved in games. Whether that means the team adapts to him or he adapts to the current team, something has to change

I would've gone all out to get Victor Osimhen to the club in the closed season, rather than Liam Delap! Osimhen is a more experienced and proven goalscorer at the highest levels.
