Sell him. A loan is for a player who might improve. I see no signs of Delap ever making it at this level, no signs whatsoever .

Personally I like Delap but we do not play o his strengths. Therefore, the manager has to get him to adapt his game so that he can make a difference when he gets his chances

Its a bad debut season, it happens. Players adjust differently. Some take off right away, some need half or a full season to adjust (i.e. Caicedo and Gyokeres)

Didier Drogbas first season was crap. Look at what he went on to achieve. I say give Delap another season and if he's not worked it out by next January? THEN get rid
