Talk Hull City

dantowen819512d ago

Like £80m 😭come on, he’s not even had chance to check out The Deep yet

shamanth.jayaram2d ago

Got to be £50m minimum. More if Hull stay up. Still only 23 and already one of the best goalies in the league this season.

dantowen819512d ago

I’ll give it Belloumi - Slater should be in there though

Sorba Thomas and Cho have looked pretty exciting off the bench in the last few games!

Nobel Mendy! 👏👏

Feel like a lot with say Tzolakis and understandably so, but there’s 2 others that stick out for me! Think Nobel Mendy has been a fantastic addition at the back, and so too has Lucas Herrington! The kid is 19, coming from the MLS and been brilliant! 🔥

Right up there but in fairness, he was a pretty penny! Getting their value for money that’s for sure

Brentford and Arsenal will be tough, but I can see Hull picking up points against the three others. I reckon Ipswich will get battered 4-0

markmarston15d ago

Can see 7 points which would be a great return and move them close to safety already!

I’d like Norton-Cuffy to start but think he’ll stick with Coyle there. Big game for Herrington. Really excited to see how he’ll fare

2-0 Hull. MAULED BY THE TIGERS

Backing Hull City to win. The momentum is with the Tigers.

Tough game this for Hull, but can you really bet against them after the season they’ve had? I’m going for a 1-0 Hull win 🐯

jordan.harris19d ago

Based on how all the signings have got on, he’ll probably be brilliant and not lose his place 😂

This lad is the new Riyad Mahrez… not as good ofc but defo has the potential to become the biggest Algerian star on the planet. £30m plus already

shamanth.jayaram22d ago

Easily worth £25m given his age, quality and how he has started the season. Expect bigger clubs to come in for him if he continues

markmarston21d ago

Keep saying it… they have an unbelievable manager. Perennial overachiever 👏👏

daviescallum4222d ago

Another top, top performance. Wonder how long it can last for 🤔

chillout22d ago

Nothing should surprise us now about this Hull side.

Surely it can’t continue at Stamford Bridge, can it?

dantowen8195123d ago

I don’t see any reason why he can’t! The best managers platform their players correctly and make sure they are in a position to do what they do best - this is what I’ve seen from Jakirovic at Hull

shamanth.jayaram25d ago

Has to be his debut in that crazy game against Oxford. Some of his social media posts have been hilarious too. He will be missed!

jordan.harris25d ago

It seems so simple! I think their bigger issue is going to be finding a way to kick on - which is a great problem of course

dantowen8195125d ago

All they can do is give themselves a fighting chance. I’d much rather watch a team fight tooth and nail like Hull than get beaten 6-0 trying to play like Man City 😂looking at you Russell Martin and Vincent Kompany There’s something so enjoyable about a brilliant defensive side battling against the odds

george.patten25d ago

Yes. Only concern is how they bounce back when the inevitable poor run happens. Unless they go and do a leiecester

shamanth.jayaram25d ago

No fan should be bothered really. Less distractions.

jonathan.gorrie26d ago

Disappointing but ah well. All about survival!

He’s exactly what I thought he’d be for the price. A solid, pretty average squad player

markmarston26d ago

Doesn’t look like he has much quality… a worker no doubt. Sorba Thomas will come in soon enough

shamanth.jayaram27d ago

Some of his actions have definitely been frustrating, but give the lad some time. Still a lot to come

markmarston26d ago

Can see them finishing 5-10 points above the drop… so quite comfortable… to a degree

shamanth.jayaram29d ago

Crazy game. Villa could’ve been out of sight but Hull could’ve stolen it at the end. McBurnie should be burying that late chance. But who expected 7 points after 3 games? NOBODY!

callum_boyle36d ago

Glad yous shut that lot down the M69 up. Well done Hull, giving the doubters a lot to be silent about

chillout37d ago

Behind Robertson, Barmby, Snodgrass, Bowen and Ashbee, I think.
