Give us your most controversial opinion on a famous golf course

Do you think Augusta National or St Andrews are overrated? Are you secretly a fan of the venues LIV visit?

St Andrews is just about the history of golf

The Postage Stamp at Royal Troon looks great but it's probably too small a landing spot, even for the best players

Yeah St Andrews being too easy is a common theme it seems... only when the weather is bad is it a test, which is quite often to be fair! Horrendous wind and rain both times I've visited

Agree with the above comment about St Andrews. Feels like if there’s not bad weather than it’s a pretty easy test for the top players.

Oakmont is incredibly boring and removing 90% of the trees was a disastrous move

St Andrews is a great course for amateurs, but far too easy now for pros when there’s not severe winds

Augusta National is iconic, but the golf course layout should be a lot more exciting. There are now only a handful of decisive shots for these players
