Where does Lewis Hamilton rank on the current Formula 1 grid?

For all time, he’s 1st. For right now, I’d probably put Max ahead of him, just because he is in his prime years. I think Kimi can reach both Lewis and Max’s levels but I thinks some cracks are starting to show. Granted, there have been reliability issues, he’s won only 1 of the 4 European races this season, which makes me wonder if he’s there yet.

To win right now I don't think there's anyone else I'd rather have. Max is as bad in these cars as Lewis was in the last ones. Thinking long term you'd be a fool not to take Antonelli. He's had the better of Russell most if not every weekend and he's still improving.

If you are thinking short-term, then there would be no better driver to sign than Lewis Hamilton now that he has found his mojo again. But if you are thinking long-term, you would have to look at Andrea Kimi Antonelli or Max Verstappen (despite the baggage that he comes with and the ongoing question marks concerning his racecraft in genuine battles).

Why does everyone think that vercrappen is better than what he is? When the FIA rewarded Honda for not leaving he drove a dominant car, he runs people off the track as though when you see him coming you're supposed to move out of his way. When his ar wasn't dominant McCLAREN took the fight to red bull and took the title, taking te wind from his sail.

He’s shown that with a competitive car he is right up there still. Probably 2nd or 3rd behind Max and Kimi

I'd still take Verstappen ahead of him, but in this form, I wouldn't go for anyone else. Antonelli is the only driver who tempts me, but he's not as complete as Hamilton yet

I wouldn't vercrappen's 1st so called championship was gifted to him by the FIA, as for the next 3 he drove a dominant car, which in my opinion was a gift to Honda from the FIA not to leave f1.
