How’s everyone feeling today? Any overnight thoughts on the performance, updated expectations (at least until Jan)?

Just waiting for George to be noticed by city and other clubs. How long do you think he’ll stay. Please don’t say it would be good for the lad what are we turning into another selling club like Palace & Bournemouth & the rest of the selling clubs.

Every club is a selling club. I know, not really good for the identity of the club but is what it is nowadays

I’m feeling really positive, think staying unbeaten is important and the lads showed again they’re gonna dig deep this season. It’s slightly healed my fume after how the window ended, but still a way to go before that’s fully out of my mind

After a weekend watching our goals a thousand times. We look forward feeling more bouyant, than the end of the window left us feeling. We conceded too easily, we need to fix that. We showed we have options from the bench. Our subs did brilliantly and changed the game for us. Its a long season. I think we will need some fresh legs post christmas. Maybe a coup

gramorris3w ago

Agreed. Injuries will go a long way to determining how successful the first half of the season is and how desperate we’ll be in the January window

Feeling a bit more positive. The way those players pulled together second-half yesterday and got something was encouraging. Will need some luck on the injuries front of course, but this squad has the talent to compete

Bring on Tottenham!!! 💪

Feeling a lot more postive… genuinely think we might be able to hang in and around top 10 going into January… then recruit aggressively and push for Europe. Before that United game I was looking over our shoulder a bit

Not a bad performance against one of the so called elite teams. Spurs?i'd take a point then beat Ipswich. Hard for Barry yesterday think he'll notch against them. We should make alot mote chances

ajmiller17th3w ago

Spurs?? Should we beating them with no problems, they are hopeless, team isn't gelling at all, too many egos I think

gramorris3w ago

I’d take that. Would love to do to Spurs what we should’ve done to them on the last game of the season tho

brogan3w ago

Positives to take, for sure. Good to see Everton able to cope without Garner when he went off
