I'm afraid Gary is right, the only way they are going to get a Top Manger in,is to stand back let the Manager do his Job and let him say who he wants to come into his Team and consult with him wich player he thinks he needs those so called Sporting Directors schould only buy players the get told by the Manager not who they fancy for what ever Reason

I respect Gary but don't agree with him on this. Cultivating a new way of developing talent long term takes time and needs an elite manager. Unai Emery and Luis Enrique get my vote.
