Too many chiefs and a weak vision. At this point Chelsea won't even be in the conference league next season. You can run a profitable club and not be run like a cutthroat business. There has to be experience in the squad and a manager that can handle multiple cups. Attracting a top manager with what they have at this point could become tricky.

Maybe he should stick to his Man U who have been a circus for 13 years. We are fast becoming their clones though. He is hardly qualified to make a statement on Chelsea or any club.
If the Board Egbali and Boehly do not bring in Terry with Callum we will continue loosing.

The trouble is the owners are just out for what they can make ,but football is a feeling a way of life a true fan will support the Same team for a life time I have been a Chelsea fan for 64 years nothing will stop me being a BLUES FAN but i was worried when we were taken over by americans 💙

Calling Chelsea’s owners “clueless” is exaggerated. The project clearly has a long-term vision: investing in young talent, building sustainably, and creating a modern football structure. The real question isn’t whether there’s a plan — it’s whether the execution will succeed.
They only chose Chelsea because of the real-estate and this model wouldn't work with Brighton. They needed Chelsea's name and history. Funny how this practice is not permitted in the USA. Stripping teams/merchandise back down to assets. ie Carpark, Mens-Team, Womens-teams, Hotel etc etc

How can anyone support these clowns??? 2billion spent and still need a spine for the team. Goal keeper, Centre-backs, Striker, actually 2, winger(left) and a Manager in the dugout. We have some assistant supply teacher who reads a dictionary the night before the match- Respect the Ball!! And don't forget to add those 2 useless Sporting Directors to the list.

Personally, I think and hope it is a good. Boehly wanted us to leave the Bridge and he was initially responsible for the SD's and their direction. This move now gives us a single owner who has again given his public commitment to Chelsea. Can only hope this takes us on a new path with clear support for the manager/s and their respective teams

Clearlake will not sell until such time that they can make a profit on their original investment which considering they are such a badly run club in all areas of the club may take an awful long time ,if ever. They will more than likely sell any sellable player to make money to pay their investors, which is far more important to them than winning matches.

Stewart and Winstanley are a main reason for the club’s current woes. They have been in their jobs for years now with very little to show for it. Head coaches have little choice regarding the players that the clubs bring in. I would like to see both Stewart and Winstanley gone and a more effective director of football (just the one!) in their place.

We need to keep faith in the long term plan for Chelsea. All the best teams have had to make this transition. Look at Man City, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Man Utd when Sir Alec took over management of the club. It took a good couple of seasons before progress could be seem. We as supporters need to be patient and hold our nerve, as we await an elite manager.

These owners to me are not even realistic in their dealings and approach to running the club. I wonder if they would have invested in this club if the past owners ran it this same way. You're planning for the future when you are destroying the present. The club would be relegated if they continue this way.

Continue to invests in young players alone is stupidity foolishness and unproductive . A good team must have both young and matured experienced Striker's to succeed and gets to the top to win trophies .. Stop buying us children's that are inexperienced . Get us top class striker's like Victor Osimhmen from Galatasaray , Alvarez of Athletics Madrid . E

Centre back is very good! Two guys who make is play 9 on the pitch. The ball starts from the goal area of the adversary, comes all the way to defence and then goal!

I get what they're trying to do, my ONLY issue is Eghbali trying to act like he knows better than his coaches and refusing to back then when they say they need a central defender for example. He gets far to involved in team matters. Boehly doesn't, and for that I respect him. Abramovich only rarely got in the coaches ear.
Why buying defenders, wingers and mid fielders. We need good strikers to compete

I would love to have Mourinho come back to Chelsea. The best manager we have had. The last couple of months have been awful under Liam's reign. Whoever we get, they have a lot of work to do to bring us back on top.

In Burnely match change of James is not a good decision. Enjo Fernandez might be another decision in that last few minutes. Also when team plays with a short player, then Mark Gui is the best option for change in forward line.
