Was it right to restart the Catalan GP after two big accidents?

Maybe restart as SX does. Long line, no passing until the crossing start/finish line. Reduces congestion. Maybe more will come to the Safety Commission meetings..?

Sometimes, the show doesn't need to go on. The race should have been called off.
