He’s gonna need numbers to rival Rashford and Ferran Torres. Apart from that, needs some big performances in the Champions League - where Rashford struggled in big moments Barca I think signed Gordon with the UCL in mind. Someone who can press and stretch defences against top teams

To match Rashford’s return. His work rate is far better so that will make him liked. But if he played anything like he did vs Mexico, he’s gonna be a real star! I hope it works out for him tbh

As long as he’s better than Rashford was, I think that’s fine for a first season. Has time and this will be a lot of changes.

Might need some time to adapt, but Gordon’s a double-figure forward for goals now. Should be aiming for 10+ in La Liga.

He should match Rashford’s numbers on better efficiency (main reason we got rid of Rashford was him not being able to convert absolute gimmes) and provide reliable cover for Yamal and Raphina, maybe Fermin and Olmo too

Gordon won’t be defined by the goals he scores really. He’s been signed to add a new dimension to the attack. Hansi Flick will measure his success by how much he runs… how many balls he wins high up the pitch… essentially he’s going to lead the press and probably enable the likes of Yamal and Raphinha to flourish.

15-20 goals all comps and over 10 assists. Think he has a good chance of achieving those numbers!

Firstly, lock down a starting spot. He needs to be playing regularly. If he can get 10+ goals and 10+ assists, that’s a good season. If he doesn’t, the scrutiny will build because he cost ALOT.

He had a decent World Cup - surprised me, in fact. Clearly was up for it. I think he will be the same at Barca - he will want to play a full part in the quest for more trophies (especially the Champions League).
