Your championship standings after the Barcelona GP. How worried should Kimi Antonelli be about Lewis Hamilton?

I think he is a proper threat remember that racing is not just the on track stuff it's also mental so if ferrari can put kimi under proper mental pressure and george try to beat him too he will cave

I think that Antonelli should be worried. Last season, he didn’t do great in European races, scoring just 2 points across them all. Granted, lots has changed since ‘25, most significantly being that he is actually beating Russell now, but that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be worried if a 7 (or 8…) time world champion is breathing down your neck.

He’ll push Antonelli. It’s important that Mercedes keep him on track as his reason to retire was out of his control. Hamilton needs to back this result up consistently

I'd LOVE to see Hamilton do it, fingers crossed the car continues to improve

All of a sudden the usual reliability of the cars has been questioned. The cars cannot now be relied upon to Finnish. If Lewis, who is renowned for being gentle with his cars, experiences greater reliability then he is very much in the mix in chasing for the championship. If nothing else Lewis has ignited a frenzy of interest. Silverstone will be electric.

Ferrari look a lot better on reliability than Mercedes/McLaren, but that Leclerc failure is a bit of a worry

Look I’m thrilled about Hamilton’s win, but we need to pump the brakes on championship talk. Ferrari just don’t have the pace Mercedes do, and they need to address that before we start dreaming about #8

I don’t think he should be worried at this stage at all but Antonelli can’t let this weekend get to him
seanfisher3mo ago
Yep, big test of his mentality now. Let’s see if he can bounce back

I don't think Lewis is a genuine threat until he shows Mercedes-beating pace at multiple races

The margin he won by was huge, though. If he can replicate it he’s got a serious chance

I still think Antonelli is going to be a force to be reckoned with this season, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if we start to see Hamilton chopping down that championship lead! When that gap starts to shrink, Kimi's going to have a tough time against one of F1's most experienced drivers.
