One year on, what do you think of Max Verstappen getting a 10-second penalty for this incident with George Russell?

Personally I think Max should have had a stronger penalty for this. He intentionally crashed into another driver because he was angry!

So what about other drivers that intentionally crashed into other drivers? Because he's angry? That's all?

Personally think any form of intentional crashing warrants a race ban, even if both cars were largely unscathed.
