Has Lawrence Stroll made too many changes at Aston Martin?

Definitely!

Lawrence Stroll is like the Congress in the USA. Just throw lots of money at it and the problems will disappear. It never works. He has built a great facility for the team, but other decisions he has made are poor at best. He did not back up Andy Cowell in the disagreement with Adrian Newey and he gave Newey too much power. Honda is another mistake.

Steiner is bang on here, Stroll has to realise there is no overnight success in Formula 1

Look how long it took Andrea Stella at McLaren, he's let some good people go and moved them around too much
