JJ is and has been good, but Lacey has been something else all season and he's knocking on the first team door. Hopefully he gets a run against Sunderland.

There are some strong candidates… Chido has scored 18 goals, Helafu and Ajayi have gone from nowhere to becoming players to look out for in pre-season. Kukonki and Thwaites on the rise too You just can’t look past what JJ Gabriel is doing. Special talent with remarkable production - and that’s not even taking his age into account

It has to be jj,his ability seems way too far his age,jj loves football n football loves jj,the current bunch of academy is very talented n with the right mentorship n coaching we shall definately have another class of 92

JJ Gabriel obviously looks like a superstar in the making but it’s been such a big breakthrough season for Thwaites too… really put him on the brink of the first team

Like Bruno for the first team award, hard to look past JJ even if there are a lot of solid candidates

JJ Gabriel will win the vote, but for me Noah Ajayi and Shea Lacey deserve shouts. Both could and should realistically play for the first team at the end of this season.
