Which Manchester United academy midfielder should be in the first-team next season?
Who is the biggest talent right now?

Jacob Devaney .. he was captaining the youngsters before his move to St.Mirren last year and has pinned down a starting position there and scored with a few assists. He can battle, pass and dribble and plays the position of a no.6 almost perfectly. At 19 it’s now his time to show he’s a Manchester United player.

You've got a great eye. Devaney doesn't have as high a profile as Gabriel or Thwaites, but he does look the most "ready" for first-team, epecially after his loan. He has leadership credentials too. I really hope Carrick gives him a look in pre-season before a decision is made on his future.

Rafe has been superb. Calm and composed, great positioning, progressive passing with quality and the lad is versatile. Has my sons name so could be slightly biased

Next season United will compete in more competition so it's the most suitable time for academy players to be use for rotation in first team especially in domestic cup competition.

The Fletchers, Moorhouse and Thwaites should all get some minutes. Be nice to see Kone get some time too. Loan has not been good for him, as they often aren't.

He has a really good chance, club will have to decide whether better to stay or go on loan

I'm still waiting for Chido Obi to get a starting berth or even a few cameos from the bench

What happened to Shea Lacey, he has a great talent before he was red carded in the FA cup against Brentford

I think it depends on the needs... can see us having Anderson/Mainoo then Devaney/Thwaites behind them
