Maama and Nabizada looked excellent for Watford, but I felt like the result was more down to Southampton having a dreadful first half. They easily could’ve turned it around in the second. Remain sceptical of Watford

I think depth is going to be their biggest issue. Great performance but they were clearly up for the game and were holding on at the end

New season, same old Watford. Expect the wheels to come off early, at least 3 managers, and just surviving the drop.

Not sure anyone saw that coming… still think they’ll be in a relegation battle, although perhaps not as certain as I was before!
