Diogo Moreira put Honda on top in the 850cc test at the Red Bull Ring - What is your biggest takeaway?

Impressive times but too early to comment. I mean, you could keep the speculation stove burning whole day but it doesn't matter. I'll sit up and take notice once things start to really get serious. My personal marker is that Dark Red Dot on the charts. Once it starts hovering around the top, I'll know people are really turning up the wick now π

Does it really matter if they are 150cc smaller to the spectators because they will be easier to control than those 300bhp monster 1000cc bikes, lets get Grand prix racing back to something like it use to be without traction control electronics, 10kg reduction could make a slight difference however.

850cc fastest lap averages in mid 1:29? that's sprint race pace.

The bikes are much faster than they were expected to be already

Hmmm Maverick Vinales seems to still be quite competitive, so will we see him at Motegi? π€

Certainly a positive sign that Maverick Vinales' shoulder should allow him to end his MotoGP career on the track, and not watching from home

Fabio Quartararo may not have been allowed to test but he'll love this outcome π

It is surprising that the riders who used 1,000cc bikes rather than the 850cc machines being developed for 2027 were not faster (even taking into account the riders who used the 1,000cc bikes)
