Harry Kane saves the day for England again😅 Does Thomas Tuchel deserve praise for changing it up in the second half?
What does that comeback say about Thomas Tuchel's England? Contenders or are now more worried about the Mexico game?

The Harry Kane show as predicted before the game. The strike for his second goal was sensational. He saved England in a big way tonight!
kilham.max3mo ago
Nah no praise we were rubbish. Kane is the hero 🏴
jonny3mo ago
Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, France… it’s a gauntlet for them to get there
james.brooke3mo ago
Kane is the only one who deserves praise from that, Gordon at a push. The rest of them should be buying Harry dinner tonight
dale.odonnell3mo ago
To be fair, after getting two assists, Gordon was the unlocking of Kane since Rashford created very little while he was on the pitch. He kept running into traffic.

Bellingham played well too, I thought
jonny3mo ago
Fair play to England, turned it up when it mattered most. Safe to say it’s not ‘coming home’ though 😬

I’m afraid I never believed it was 🤣

I think that's more Kane bailing England out than Tuchel changing the game
dantowen819513mo ago
Agreed. Although a lovely assist from Gordon

Embarrassing performance. We’ll get dumped out by Mexico 💯. Thank god for Kane
jamesshearman233mo ago
Have some faith mate! This is Mexico we’re talking about, not France
jonny3mo ago
I think Mexico will play into Tuchel’s hands, counter attacks and hitting the hosts on the break
chillout3mo ago
Shameful. 86 minutes to go up against the 41st ranked team in the world. Mexico won’t believe their luck. An effective bye into the quarters.

Arsenal won a league title by winning ugly… you don’t get style points
callum_boyle3mo ago
Kane is inevitable but this is why Tuchel was brought in. You can criticise him but when it comes down to it, his subs have been spot on this tournament. Moving Rice to right-back was genius and he never panicked on the sideline. There’s your why
james.brooke3mo ago
Easy to call him a genius after the fact, that was an absolutely shocking overall performance

Let's not forget how good those two assists from Anthony Gordon were! 🙏❤️

World class second half from Harry Kane 🏴

Easy, easy, easy……

1) eze and gordon must be our wingers. Saka can't even run and Rashford doesn't have it 2) rice should genuinely be our right back. Sounds stupid. Is stupid. It's also true 3) defend like that against Mexico, we're losing 3-0
jamesshearman233mo ago
Agree with everything but the last point. Think we will have more joy against Mexico and score a few
aaditya.krishnamurthy3mo ago
Kane is so far ahead of everyone on the English team it’s not even funny, he’s so elite
gaelhj3mo ago
Phew!!! That was a bit close! I go grey watching England 🤣
vatsal3mo ago
My hot take is that Mexico will be an easy win for England which will get everyone extremely carried away
jamesshearman233mo ago
Always make it hard work don’t we? 😂
vatsal3mo ago
Mexico will actually suit England more. They will come out and play with their home crowd behind them so Tuchel can play on the counter Kane is special but this win is despite Tuchel, not because of him.
jordan.harris3mo ago
Don’t know what any of you were worried about 😂😂

BUILD THAT STATUE! Sir Harold
dantowen819513mo ago
Right, what pubs are open on 1am on Monday night then 😂
thetruthpersonified3mo ago
Most of them!
jamesshearman233mo ago
Never a doubt! It’s coming home 🏴
george.patten3mo ago
At the risk of stating the obvious - It’s coming home
markmarston3mo ago
Super win!!! No need to be negative after that. Comparison is the thief of joy. We are not France & that’s ok. We don’t need to blow teams away to win this tournament. Let’s enjoy it & hope this type of victory builds more resilience and momentum heading into the Mexico game. CMONNNNNNNNNNN 🦁🦁🦁🦁
dancoombs3mo ago
Spot on mate, enjoy it
