First Elisha Sowunmi, next Josh Ajala? 🫨

It would be ironic for Sowunmi if Spurs get relegated. Still, at least he might get in the first team in the Championship 😁

The problem is that our youth teams are currently packed with talented players and there is no 1st team in professional football that would give them all a chance, maybe we are losing players because they see an easier path to 1st team football elsewhere, and if you look at it like that it's not a particularly bad problem to have!

It's a funny one this, I always get the feeling that there is a pathway at West Ham! I mean, Kante, Mayers, Potts and Marshall have all made Prem debuts this season

It seems the powers that be at West Ham have lost the "West Ham Way"-nurturing academy boys. Most, promising excellent talent, only to discard the opportunity by sending them away.
