I agree Craig Bellamy with mark noble as assistant? Or Eddie Howe ? We can’t persist with Nuno he hasn’t learnt from his negativity in the premier league that’s why we were relegated!

Like I said b4. Many times. Nuno has lost the plot. I still can not believe he was kept on. We need a positive attacking team. Exciting team thats the west ham way. Win or lose. West ham should not be losing or drawing games in this league. West ham are not going back to Premiership with these performances. Disgraceful

What gets me is we were told once Fernandes and Somerville were sold we have no need to sell anyone for the money yet we have sold/are selling Alverez Todibo Diouf Potts AWB prob Magassa, all would be around the 1st team, it’s utter nonsense and worse still there seems to be no replacements lined up when they go. Unreal!

I understand Ajala not starting you'd expect the seniors to step up after what he did but if the team still isnt changing after a certain amount of time he should be on no question and if he performed like it again then we should be looking to replace them

I expected as soon as we sold the jewels in our crown for them to be replaced or at the very least to see a succession plan, I know the Boardroom games haven't helped much but asking us to believe a story and not getting an explanation of why it didn't happen is insulting to the loyal supporters. It's going to be a hard sell now to get another manager.

The style of play and the disastrous transfer window, ins and outs, have left us totally unprepared for a promotion challenge! At this rate we won’t make the playoffs. Threadbare squad, no effective CDM, no proper LB, no pace! Nuno has no clue how to solve it.

Disappointed but I still think it's early days and I am forever optimistic that things will change. What doesn't help is us being favourites to go straight back up. Us West Ham fans all know that sometimes our dreams fade and die! But let's keep the faith.
