I definitely don't think he should be coming back. I'd happily watch him grapple GSP or something. If I have to pick, bring back a legend from the same era like Cowboy.

Unless he's making his comeback virtually on UFC 5, there is not a single name he should be fighting. We all saw UFC 266, and nothing good has happened since then
