Vitor Pereira has sent the fans a message but what advice would YOU give the new Nottingham Forest boss?

Treat all players as your best friends, yes have discussions but no arguing, you seem a nice guy and one to get on with, arguing brings disaster to managers, good luck my friend

I think he needs to get a very short lease on a property 2 to 3 months should be enough but get a guarantee wage for a minimum 6 months best of luck you will need it.
