Definitely. At least with other ones, you saw a punch or kick that caused it. This was scarier because it wasn’t clear what happened

Yeah 100% . Considering his head didn't really hit anything hard, at first I thought it was cardiac arrest. Glad he is ok though.

I’d argue that the horrifying Anderson Silva leg break in 2013/2014 (can’t remember the year) was a lot more grotesque even if it wasn’t a bloodier sight

I've never seen a doctor checking for a pulse in the Octagon. That takes top spot, for sure. Hopefully never see anything like that again.

Genuinely terrifying sequence. Burgos’ one against Barboza was scary but for different reasons. This one was just harrowing.
